At Shivani Overseas, we are driven by a passion for bringing the goodness of Ayurveda to your table. Founded in 2014 by Mr. Roop Singh in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, we have established ourselves as a leading manufacturer and supplier of organic desi cow ghee, organic desi buffalo ghee, and milk khoya.

Our story begins with a deep respect for traditional practices. We believe that pure, unadulterated ingredients are the key to unlocking the true potential of food. That's why we source our milk from ethically-raised cows and buffaloes grazing on organic pastures. This ensures the highest quality milk, free from harmful chemicals and antibiotics, which translates into the rich, flavorful ghee and khoya you know and love.

At Shivani Overseas, the age-old process of ghee making is held in high regard. We use the traditional method of slow simmering butter over a wood fire, allowing the milk solids to separate and caramelize naturally. This time-honored technique not only preserves the inherent goodness of the milk but also imparts a unique, nutty aroma and a smooth, luxurious texture to our ghee.

We offer two distinct varieties of organic desi ghee: cow ghee and buffalo ghee. Cow ghee is known for its light, golden color and its subtle sweetness. It's a versatile kitchen staple, perfect for enhancing the flavor of dals, curries, and even baked goods. Buffalo ghee, on the other hand, has a richer, creamier texture and a slightly higher smoke point, making it ideal for high-heat cooking like stir-frying or deep-frying.

Our commitment to quality extends beyond ghee. We also offer milk khoya, a concentrated milk product traditionally used in Indian sweets. Made with slow-cooked, full-cream milk, our khoya is incredibly rich and flavorful, adding a touch of indulgence to your favorite desserts.
